Workers Compensation Case at a Manufacturing Plant
Fulton & Barr represented someone who was employed by Alice Manufacturing at their Ellison Plant in Pickens. As she was operating a textile machine, her arm got caught. She suffered extensive degloving of her arm with tendon involvement, fractured vertebrae, fractured nose and lacerations to her face.
Our team filed a worker’s compensation suit against the manufacturer of the machine and another corporation that bought and sold the machine with modifications designed for the plant. We litigated the case for more than two years, the company decided to settle during mediation.
